PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Billy Bones (ranked 5735 p4p, 483 weight class) and Adolf Hitler (ranked 4865 p4p, 447 weight class). Hitler has chosen Marching Song as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Billy Bones!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Adolf Hitler!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Patrick Alders and Radbod Blank.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hitler lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Bones backs up against the cage.
Bones moves out of range of the leg kick from Hitler.
Hitler looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Hitler rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Bones moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Bones drops down looking for a counter takedown but Hitler sprawls and moves away.
Hitler swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Bones attempts a counter takedown but Hitler avoids it well and moves away.
Hitler checks a low kick from Bones.
Hitler is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Bones with a body shot.
Hitler stuffs the takedown attempt from Bones. Bones gets slowly back to his feet.
Hitler misses with the combination.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Bones counters with a single leg into guard. Hitler didn't expect that.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Bones wants to take a breather but Hitler is having none of it.
Hitler wants to control but Bones is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Bones is looking to take a break and control but Hitler is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Bones slips a nice elbow through Hitler's hands, connecting with Hitler's forehead.

Bones is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Hitler defends it well.

Hitler has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Bones is working away from the top position though.

Bones looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Hitler tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Bones is able to avoid easily.

Hitler looks to land a body kick but Bones moved away.

Hitler bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Hitler misses with a few strikes there.

Hitler fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Bones is out of range.
Hitler scoring well with a low kick there.
A combination from Hitler does no damage.
Hitler throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Bones is looking for a counter combo.
Hitler is looking to chop away at Bones's legs.
Hitler throws a head kick but Bones moves out of range.
Hitler scores with a leg kick.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Hitler displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Bones.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Hitler throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Bones.
Hitler tries to land a front kick but Bones steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Bones closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Bones wants to pass to mount but Hitler is defending the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hitler is refusing to be controlled, as Bones sits in half guard.

Bones is trying to control. Hitler wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Bones is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Hitler keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Hitler pushes Bones off looking to stand but Bones dives back in and keeps control.

Hitler kicks Bones off and gets back to his feet.
Hitler tries to work over Bones's front leg with a kick but Bones checks it.
Bones throws a quick counter kick to the body but Hitler avoids it.
Bones takes one on the chin but seems OK.

Hitler tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Bones was well out of range. Poor timing from Hitler.
Bones misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Hitler fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Hitler looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Bones feinted with a counter takedown.
Hitler tests Bones's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Hitler throws a sloppy head kick
and Bones counters with a stiff right hand.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Bones takes a jab right on the kisser.
Adolf Hitler seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Hitler comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Hitler throws a head kick but Bones moves out of range.

Adolf Hitler is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Hitler goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Bones fails with a takedown attempt.
Hitler is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Bones rather than just go for the knockout.
That kick from Hitler tenderised Bones's leg. Bones is trying to keep his angry face on.
Hitler has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Bones shoots in and gets a takedown into Hitler's guard.
Hitler throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.

Bones trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Bones lands a couple of digs.
Hitler wants to sweep here but Bones controlling him for the moment.
Bones tries to free his leg and advance position but Hitler is retaining full guard.
Bones slips nicely into half guard.
Bones working the head and body with strikes.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Bones controlling the action here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Adolf Hitler showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Bones's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

Hitler drops Bones with a beautiful combination! Bones stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Hitler is looking for the KO!


Bones is rocked!


It looks like Billy Bones has been cut.
Hitler lands with a shot to the body.
Oh Bones is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hitler scores with a sloppy right hand. Bones should have avoided that one.
Hitler throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Bones stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Today's fight clock is brought to you by... OOOH that's a huge shot by Hitler! Bones is in big trouble here - the ref steps in to save him and this one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:32 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Adolf Hitler!
In his post fight interview, Adolf Hitler started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
