Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Emanuel Estevez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bryon King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Emanuel Estevez!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bryon King!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Cecil Peabody and Chris Downing.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Estevez shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with King but King pushes him off and we're back to square one.
King throws a right and a left that Estevez avoids nicely.
King stuffs the takedown attempt from Estevez. Estevez gets slowly back to his feet.
Estevez tries to clinch up but King circles away and keeps his distance.

Estevez gets a takedown into half guard.
King tries to get to full guard but Estevez has control of the leg.
Estevez seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but King does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
King tries to roll over but Estevez keeps him under control.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
King is looking to escape.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
King avoids a low kick by using good footwork.

Estevez darts in and clinches King up against the cage.

King lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

Estevez not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
King would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
King must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

King moves into range and clinches up with Estevez.
King on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

King lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

King has picked Estevez up - he's going for a ride! King dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Estevez keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Estevez is trying to control but can't.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

King throws a nice looking combination but Estevez bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

The fight stays on the outside here - Estevez looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Estevez is looking to clinch but King is avoiding it.
King avoids a punch combination nicely.
Bryon King seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
King circles away from the clinch attempt
and King counters with a nice uppercut.
King shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Estevez but Estevez pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Estevez fails to land the takedown.

King throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

Estevez is fighting off a takedown attempt but King is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Estevez to the mat. Estevez regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Estevez has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

King's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if King can do anything to dispel that myth.

King postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Estevez looks a forlorn figure.
Oh Estevez is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Emanuel Estevez's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, King cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Emanuel Estevez's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:28 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Bryon King!
