Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Ren Mimura and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jax connects with the punch.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jax slips a nice elbow through Simens's hands, connecting with Simens's forehead.
Simens is looking for a sweep. Jax is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Ken Simens.
