Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Arden Bradley (ranked 6481 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Johnson (ranked 7711 p4p, 0 weight class). Paul Johnson will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Paul Johnson!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Ren Mimura and Yasuomi Hirokawa.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bradley seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Johnson for as long as he can get away with.

Bradley changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Johnson looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Bradley's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Bradley is on top in guard.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
