Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between John Tucker (ranked 1824 p4p, 85 weight class) and Lil Boiii (ranked 7901 p4p, 295 weight class). Tucker comes to the cage accompanied by Ace of Spades. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Columbo Gatti and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Boiii is trying to break free.
Tucker gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Tucker keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Boiii's head.
Tucker wants to control from the top but Boiii keeps moving.
Boiii looking for a guillotine here but Tucker defends easily.
Tucker lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

Tucker has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Hammerfist, elbow! yells Tucker's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Tucker lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Boiii working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Tucker doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Tucker manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Boiii is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Tucker is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Boiii to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Boiii shrugs it off.
Tucker is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Boiii has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Boiii is bucking up trying to escape but Tucker cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Tucker is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Boiii can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
