Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Black Hammer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jan Kowalski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Black Hammer! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jan Kowalski! The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Luis Engracia and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kowalski doesn't manage to clinch there - Hammer circles away.
Kowalski lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Kowalski. Kowalski tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hammer swats him away and circles back towards the center. Nice sprawl there from Hammer as Kowalski shoots in. Kowalski throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hammer's waist but Hammer gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kowalski off to one side. Hammer tries to clinch but Kowalski moves away and Kowalski counters with a series of strikes. Hammer will be more careful next time no doubt. Kowalski looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Black Hammer has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jan Kowalski. Kowalski tries to clinch but Hammer moves away and Hammer moves into the clinch. Kowalski is trying to break free. Hammer lands an elbow inside. Hammer stalls.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hammer throws an elbow but it misses.
The is referee keeping an eye on Hammer - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Black Hammer. Kowalski shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hammer pinned against the cage. Hammer gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Kowalski misses with a takedown and Hammer moves into the clinch. Hammer controlling the action here for a moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Hammer comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Hammer has Kowalski pressed against the cage.
Kowalski tries to stall but Hammer uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Kowalski drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Hammer gets the underhooks and prevents it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hammer manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

Hammer closes the distance but Kowalski moves to the side and Kowalski counters with a takedown into side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kowalski is trying to get an arm triangle but Hammer is defending well. Kowalski taking a break here but Hammer is having none of it and regains half guard. Kowalski missing with the ground and pound from half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jan Kowalski dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Jan Kowalski is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Kowalski throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Kowalski doesn't succeed with the takedown and Hammer moves into the clinch. The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch. The crowd are getting pretty annoyed with Hammer for his constant stalling in the clinch and are voicing their displeasure. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. That's two minutes gone in the round. Hammer wants to sweep but no luck. Kowalski being controlled here momentarily. Kowalski trying to control the position from guard on top but Hammer is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Hammer holds on and takes a little breather. Hammer looking to hit a scissor sweep but Kowalski is one step ahead there. That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Kowalski wants to control from the top but Hammer keeps moving. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Black Hammer will probably get the nod. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!

That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Hammer is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Hammer tries to clinch up. Hammer circles away from the clinch attempt and Hammer holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Kowalski looking to slow down the pace here. The referee calls for Hammer to work.

The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Black Hammer. Kowalski looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Hammer! Hammer gets back to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hammer has his hands clasped together around Kowalski's back. He's all about the action. Hammer's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
