Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Max Collis (ranked 8324 p4p, 568 weight class) and Davion Motley (ranked 5573 p4p, 488 weight class). Max Collis looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Motley closes this distance looking for a takedown but Collis circles away.
Motley closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Motley lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Collis down.
Motley working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Motley is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Collis knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Collis tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Motley wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Motley has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

A big shot lands for Motley! That's hurt Collis! Will he recover? Motley fires away with more strikes and the referee has to step in to stop the fight!
