Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Muswell Hill (ranked 4620 p4p, 437 weight class) and Pedro Chang (ranked 5883 p4p, 496 weight class). Hill comes to the cage accompanied by A bloke from Brazil. Pedro Chang will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hill walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

A looping hook to the body misses from Chang. Hill does a little dance to reset his feet.
Hill lands with a kick to the temple. Chang shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Hill throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Chang falls off balance throwing a combination
and Hill counters with a crisp one two that drops Chang! Hill thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Chang to his feet! Chang is in big trouble!

Chang is still on wobbly legs! Can Hill finish him?
Hill on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Chang seems to have recovered his senses.
Hill walks into a jab.
Chang is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Hill.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Nice straight punches there by Hill. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Hill.

Hill has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Hill there as he acknowledges the shot.
Hill cracks Chang with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Hill has closed the distance and engaged Chang in a clinch.
Hill breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Chang looks to score with a jab to the body but Hill is just out of range.

Chang lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hill circles away quickly and effectively.

Chang throws a lazy right hand but Hill sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Chang creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Hill's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Hill uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Chang.

Chang connects with a good right hand that stumbles Hill. Hill circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

A little feinted left hand from Hill on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

Hill shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Hill was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Hill jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Chang is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Chang and Hill has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Chang pushes Hill away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Hill gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Hill wants to lay and pray for a moment but Chang keeps working.
Muswell Hill overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
Chang is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Hill asserts his dominance and retains side control.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Pedro Chang seems to be getting the better of the standup.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Muswell Hill.
