Ducks's entrance music is Fight To Survive. A fine choice. Frank Ducks could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Rhicky Whysocki's chin.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Rhicky Whysocki! The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Yuuki Gou and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! An inside leg kick lands from Whysocki. Whysocki drives through with a takedown into Ducks's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Ducks knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Whysocki on the ground. Whysocki looking to control the position here, rather than advance. It looks like Whysocki might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Whysocki with a nice head shot there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Whysocki makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Whysocki controlling from the top position. Ducks wants to sweep here but Whysocki controlling him for the moment. Whysocki passes Ducks's left leg - he's now in half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Whysocki uses his free foot to push down on Ducks's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Ducks. Whysocki controlling from the full mount. Whysocki's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Whysocki punishing his opponent with strikes. Whysocki content just to control the position here. Whysocki landing shots from mount. Ducks is in all sorts of trouble here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Whysocki tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Whysocki dominating with strikes here. Whysocki pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. A nice elbow there by Whysocki. Whysocki controlling the position easily from mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ducks is desperately trying to improve his position but Whysocki has a good base and remains in mount. In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Whysocki working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well. Whysocki fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Whysocki controlling the position easily from mount. Ducks might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Whysocki is continuing to stall. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. More stalling from Whysocki. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rhicky Whysocki dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Ducks throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Whysocki throws a fast counter high kick but Ducks manages to duck under it in time. A momentary lapse in concentration from Ducks enables Whysocki to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Ducks manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Whysocki slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Whysocki lands a decent elbow from side control. Whysocki scores with a couple of short elbows. Whysocki is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. Whysocki cracks Ducks with a big elbow. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A lull in the action here as Whysocki stalls from top position. Whysocki is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Ducks knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
That's one minute gone in the round. Whysocki lands an elbow. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Whysocki landing strikes. Whysocki controls the position. The adventures of Whysocki the control monster continue. Boring. Whysocki with more of the same as he continues to hold on.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Whysocki has knee on belly and moves into mount. Whysocki controlling from the full mount. Ducks is in a horrible position here. Whysocki smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Ducks tries to hold on but Whysocki pushes him away. Whysocki lands a nice shot to the head. Whysocki looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Whysocki controlling the pace for now. Whysocki has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Whysocki with good strikes from the mount here! Whysocki sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Whysocki raining down shots from the mount! Whysocki with a couple of short strikes. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Whysocki lands a big elbow. Whysocki looking to control and managing it successfully. Whysocki lands a nice shot to the head. Whysocki sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Rhicky Whysocki showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. And we move into the final round!

It looked like Ducks was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Ducks on the wrong end of a nice jab. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Whysocki fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Ducks is looking light on his feet compared to last time was saw him fight. Ducks throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. Whysocki decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Whysocki controlling the action here.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Let's hope that Whysocki has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Nice uppercut lands for Whysocki. That snapped Ducks's head back.
Whysocki is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. Whysocki decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Whysocki sitting and controlling from the half guard. Whysocki works his way into side control. Whysocki just content to control the position.

Whysocki content just to control the position here. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Ducks in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Rhicky Whysocki is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. A nice elbow there by Whysocki.
And that's the end of the fight! Rhicky Whysocki comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Whysocki has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today.
