Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Blaston (ranked 6432 p4p, 467 weight class) and Luke Cage (ranked 8118 p4p, 514 weight class). Luke Cage is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Luke Cage!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Johanna Lukiainen and Roosa Järviläinen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blaston looks for a takedown but Cage sprawls well.
Blaston misses with a jab, cross combination.
Cage shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Blaston but Blaston pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Blaston gets a clinch.
Cage is working for takedown but Blaston is calmly controlling the position for now.

Cage tightens his grip and picks Blaston up, before dumping him to the ground. Blaston manages to land in guard.
Blaston has his hands on Cage's head, controlling the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Cage avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Blaston working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Cage doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Cage manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Blaston definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Blaston controls Cage momentarily but Cage frees himself.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Cage slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Cage tries for a kimura but Blaston is defending well.

Cage is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Blaston's shoulder. That is not cool.

Cage is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Blaston is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Blaston tries to control the position but he's not in luck - Cage easily slips into full mount!

Cage looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.

Blaston has left one of his arms exposed and Cage doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Blaston screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
