Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Hirohito Nitta and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nagumo fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Nagumo feints a jab promting Papa to slip. Nagumo then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Papa slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Papa tries to clinch
and Nagumo counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Nagumo connects with a body shot that sends Papa's belly button to the back.
Nagumo definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Nagumo lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Nagumo fails in his attempt to clinch.
Nagumo blocks a head kick by Papa.
Papa doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Papa takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
