Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kevin Yarnell!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Roosa Järviläinen and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yarnell takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Gunapala connects with a looping right hand.
Gunapala's corner calls for a 1-2. Gunapala obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Yarnell doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Gunapala counters with a nice uppercut.
Yarnell tries to move into range but Gunapala moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Yarnell fails in his attempt to clinch.
Gunapala scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Gunapala scores with a shot to the body.
Gunapala throws a good cross that connects.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Yarnell misses with the body kick
and Gunapala counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Gunapala is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Yarnell tries for a takedown but Gunapala circles away easily
and Gunapala counters with a left to the body.
BOOM! Gunapala lands a beautiful left hook that drops Yarnell. Yarnell tries to recover but Gunapala is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Yarnell lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rukman Gunapala!
