Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pacer Dalton (ranked 1543 p4p, 237 weight class) and Hennig Muller (ranked 2011 p4p, 295 weight class). The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Hennig Muller !

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Muller wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Muller uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Dalton has time to react.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Dalton is defended easily by Muller .

We've been hearing reports that Dalton has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Dalton tries to score a power double leg takedown but Muller sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Dalton somewhat.

Dalton moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Dalton stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Muller swivels though and keeps the full guard.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Dalton seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Muller for as long as he can get away with.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

Dalton drops down looking for an ankle pick but Muller pulls his leg out and moves away.
Muller 's coach down at Crapollas Gym was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Muller 's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
