Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Peter Rasputin (ranked 3559 p4p, 141 weight class) and Joao Neves (ranked 3652 p4p, 105 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Rasputin might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Indestructible-Colossus Tribute. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Micheangelo Fripello and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice uppercut there from Rasputin.
Rasputin is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Neves.
A little jabbing left from Neves on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Rasputin misses with a hook. Neves ducked under it nicely.
Neves swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Rasputin closes the distance but Neves moves to the side
and Neves counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Rasputin throws a hook but Neves avoids it easily.
Neves throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Rasputin missing with a left hand there. Neves was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Neves looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Neves uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Rasputin.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Neves makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Rasputin looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Rasputin lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Rasputin.

and Neves counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Rasputin moves into range and connects with a jab.
Neves has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Neves slips a straight right by Rasputin.

and Neves counters with a right hand from hell and Rasputin is out cold! A vicious knockout!
