Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Diego Santos!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Paulsen Ambrosius and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rash looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Rash is standing up over Santos. Santos looks to escape but Rash dives into side control.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Santos is looking for a sweep.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Rash is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Santos will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
Santos is trying to control Rash's posture but Rash avoids it.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Santos can do anything to dispel that myth.

Santos tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Rash presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!
Rash tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Santos is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Rash with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Santos is in all sorts of trouble here.
Santos reaches up to try and pull Rash in and control his posture, but Rash latches on to an arm and pivots quickly for an armbar! Santos taps out and this one is all over!
