Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Castor Rollins (ranked 416 p4p, 59 weight class) and Marek Koltun (ranked 1266 p4p, 159 weight class). Castor Rollins has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
37 - 20 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Castor Rollins! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
36 - 24 - 4, fighting out of Helsinki, Marek Koltun! The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Dillan Fox and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Koltun. Koltun closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Rollins to the mat! Rollins manages to get full guard. Rollins is working an open guard so Koltun takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Koltun tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Rollins defends well and Koltun ends up having to push Rollins into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Rollins misses the jab. Rollins misses with a left hand and Koltun counters with a stiff right hand. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Koltun gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Good exchange - Rollins coming out on top. A looping hook to the body misses from Rollins. Koltun does a little dance to reset his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rollins comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Rollins misses with a looping right. A slow jab from Rollins misses its intended target. Koltun darts in and clinches Rollins up against the cage. Rollins lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Koltun backwards. Koltun is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Rollins is defending well. Castor Rollins has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marek Koltun. Rollins throws a head punch that misses. Koltun wants a takedown but no success here.

Rollins throws a head punch that misses. Koltun is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Rollins gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Rollins gets underhooks to prevent Koltun's takedown attempt.
Koltun breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Rollins throws a big shot that misses. Koltun shoots for a takedown but Rollins saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Rollins misses the shot to the body. Koltun is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Rollins with a body shot. Rollins swings for the body but Koltun moves out of range.
Rollins lands a jab to Koltun's midsection. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Rollins swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Rollins just misses with a punch to the body.
Despite the aggression on Koltun's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rollins throws a big shot that misses. Rollins misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Koltun is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Koltun tries to score a power double leg takedown but Rollins sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Koltun somewhat. Koltun with a poor takedown and Rollins counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Rollins. Koltun has Rollins pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Rollins manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. A head punch on the inside from Rollins fails to land. Rollins presses Koltun against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. Koltun tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Rollins smiles and moves away.
Koltun shoots in looking for a takedown but Rollins manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Koltun's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Koltun defending well as Rollins loads up on a big left hand. Koltun throws a nice looking combination but Rollins bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Rollins takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
It looks like Marek Koltun has been cut. Rollins misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Koltun.
Rollins throws a body shot but no joy. Koltun tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Rollins scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Rollins throws a left and a right that both miss
letting Koltun counter with a right hand. This has been an exciting period of action! Koltun fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Rollins avoids it really well and circles away. Rollins lands a body shot.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Castor Rollins dominated that round. The cut man is working on Marek Koltun's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Koltun tries to score a power double leg takedown but Rollins sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Koltun somewhat. Rollins wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch. Rollins misses with an uppercut. Rollins stuffs the takedown attempt from Koltun. Koltun gets slowly back to his feet. Rollins circles away from the clinch attempt.
A decent looking cross lands there for Rollins. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. No luck for Koltun with that takedown attempt. Castor Rollins has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marek Koltun. Koltun looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Rollins!
That's one minute gone in the round. Rollins managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Koltun.
You can see the frustration on Rollins's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Koltun swings around for an armbar but Rollins sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Koltun's guard. Koltun is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Rollins controls from within his opponent's guard. Rollins pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Koltun is keeping the position for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Koltun looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Rollins puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Rollins is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard. Rollins controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rollins stopping the sweep attempt from Koltun. Rollins content to stall in guard here. Koltun is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Rollins is aware though and is defending well. Rollins content to stall in guard here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Koltun wants to improve his position but instead Rollins has moved into half guard.
Rollins sitting and controlling from the half guard. Rollins has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Rollins is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Koltun reverses the position - he's now on top in Rollins's guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Those have got to be taking their toll on Koltun's gas tank. Koltun takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Koltun has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Rollins is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Koltun is looking to take this one to the mat. Rollins tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Koltun drops down looking for an ankle pick but Rollins pulls his leg out and moves away.
Castor Rollins is winning the standup battle so far. Koltun avoids the body shot from Rollins.
Marek Koltun is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Koltun is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Rollins. Koltun walks into a stiff left hand from Rollins.
Koltun is rocked! Rollins lands a right hook to the body.
Koltun is still on wobbly legs! Can Rollins finish him? Rollins pounces like a tiger and cracks Koltun with a vicious hook! Koltun is down but not out! Rollins follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:42 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Castor Rollins! An out of breath and clearly excited Castor Rollins thanked Arcticus University: London for their help and support (and free stuff they sent him). Marek Koltun was interviewed post fight and said 'My opponent was the better man tonight, but I will be back.'.
