Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Balder Bull (ranked 456 p4p, 60 weight class) and Paddy Brown Jr (ranked 1468 p4p, 175 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Balder Bull! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Paddy Brown Jr! The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bull moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Bull ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Brown Jr moves away. Bull seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Brown Jr lands with an uppercut that bounces Bull off the ropes and back into range. A shot to the body from Bull misses and Brown Jr counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Brown Jr defending well as Bull loads up on a big left hand. Bull loads up on a big right hand but Brown Jr slips the punch. Brown Jr just misses with a punch to the body.
Brown Jr checks the leg kick nicely there.
Brown Jr misses with a looping left. Bull avoids the body shot from Brown Jr.
Brown Jr moves into range and clinches up with Bull. Brown Jr throws a punch but it's blocked by Bull. Bull lands a shot to the body. Bull lands a right hand that snaps the head of Brown Jr backwards. Bull prevents a body shot from Brown Jr. Bull throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Bull digs a right hand underneath Brown Jr's ribcage. Brown Jr let out a lung full of air as it connected. Bull scores with a nice hook to the head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bull lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Brown Jr backwards. Brown Jr doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Bull lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. A left hand lands to the body for Bull.
Brown Jr looks winded! Bull lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Brown Jr backwards. A hook to the body from Bull.
Bull working some nice short punches in the clinch. Bull scores with a shoulder strike. A hook to the body from Bull.
A shot in the inside from Bull. A right hook to the body lands for Bull.
Brown Jr blocks a body shot from Bull. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Bull. Bull lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Brown Jr backwards. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Bull lands a right hand. Bull tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Bull lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Bull stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. Bull doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Bull scores with a shoulder strike. Bull lands with a right to the head. A shot in the inside from Bull. A short right from Bull on the inside.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Brown Jr tries to throw a body punch but Bull avoids it by throwing Brown Jr back against the ropes. A hook to the body from Bull.

Brown Jr is rocked! Bull unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Brown Jr! He's leaning against the ropes trying to keep his feet but Bull is unloading with more strikes now! Brown Jr drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Balder Bull! Balder Bull retains his middleweight title! A relieved looking Balder Bull thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
