The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jytky lands a leg kick that knocks Nordon off balance momentarily.
Jytky throws a looping overhand right but Nordon ducks down to avoid it.
Jytky misses with an uppercut.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Nordon accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Nordon has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Nordon postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Nordon stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jytky swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Nordon catches Jytky with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Jytky cracks Nordon with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Jytky takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Jytky tries to land a front kick but Nordon steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Jytky throws a leg kick which misses Nordon's front leg but catches the back leg as Nordon tries to avoid it.
A nice inside leg kick there by Jytky. That's going to slow Nordon down.
Jytky throws a chopping leg kick but Nordon manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Nordon checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.

Nordon backs away from a small jab... but Jytky lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Nordon crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Jytky with a spectacular finish!
