The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Jackson throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.

We've been hearing good reports from Simmons's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Jackson has an Americana. Simmons didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Jackson is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Jackson hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
