Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Gates has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Halili tries to get to full guard but Gates has control of the leg.

and Gates cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
This has been an exciting period of action!
