Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sebastian Raikonnen (ranked 5011 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Cruz (ranked 6610 p4p, 0 weight class). Sebastian Raikonnen looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Johanna Lukiainen and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cruz closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Raikonnen quickly recovers to half guard.
Raikonnen trying to control but Cruz postures up.
Raikonnen wants to improve his position but Cruz is controlling well.
Cruz tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Raikonnen.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Cruz lands a nice short elbow.

Cruz is trying to control. Raikonnen wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Cruz decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Raikonnen, up you get!
A momentary lapse in concentration from Raikonnen enables Cruz to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Raikonnen manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Raikonnen has momentary wrist control but Cruz slips an elbow through the middle.

Cruz decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Raikonnen, up you get!
Cruz has Raikonnen up against the cage in a clinch.

Cruz's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Raikonnen swats away the attempt to clinch by Cruz.
Cruz throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Raikonnen was covering up waiting for the punch and Cruz finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Raikonnen closes the distance and clinches.
Cruz tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Raikonnen just stands there and leans against the cage.
Raikonnen wants to break the clinch but can't.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
Cruz drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Raikonnen gets the underhooks and prevents it.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Raikonnen is trying to force a seperation but Cruz has the dominant position.
Cruz keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Raikonnen's efforts to push away.

Cruz is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Raikonnen can't fight it off and eventually Cruz manages to take the fight to the floor. Raikonnen looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Cruz stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Raikonnen swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Cruz looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Cruz is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Raikonnen doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Cruz.

Ryan Cruz showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Cruz changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Raikonnen looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Raikonnen is looking to get back to his feet here but Cruz is keeping cool and he's managed to take Raikonnen's back.

Raikonnen is covering up but some of the strikes from Cruz are getting through and doing damage.
You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.

Cruz goes for a risky armbar from back mount and it's not paid off. Raikonnen escapes and is now in half guard on top.

Well Cruz has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
