Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Howlin Wolf (ranked 227 p4p, 13 weight class) and Ushat Belov (ranked 1433 p4p, 77 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the super heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Howlin Wolf! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ushat Belov! The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Tarja Halkonen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wolf tests Belov's chin there with a solid looking shot. Belov keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Wolf. Belov let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land. Wolf throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Belov counters with a left and a right that stings Wolf. Wolf misses with a hook
and Belov cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Belov lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
It looks like Howlin Wolf has been cut. Wolf misses with a lunging right hand

and Wolf counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Belov fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Wolf throws a hook to the side of Belov's head but Belov sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Belov throws an overhand right that lands on Wolf's shoulder, as Wolf tries to avoid the shot. Belov scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Wolf doesn't seem bothered though. Wolf sizes up Belov with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Wolf uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Belov has time to react. Wolf throws a leg kick and Belov counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Belov gets off balance looking for a body kick and Wolf cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Wolf jabs Belov to the body, keeping him at a distance.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wolf is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Belov. Belov jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Oooooh!!! Belov has knocked Wolf down with a huge combo! Belov steps away and waves a wobbly Wolf back to his feet! This one might not go much longer! We've been hearing reports that Wolf has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Belov slips under a jab. Belov fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Wolf manages to avoid it. Belov throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Wolf sees it coming and avoids it easily. That's two minutes gone in the round. Wolf gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. Wolf won't allow Belov to get back to his feet. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Belov is on top in guard.

Wolf uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Belov's guard. Nice move by Wolf! Belov preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Wolf is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Belov pulls Wolf in to control the position. Wolf postures up in Belov's guard and throws a big left but Belov blocks it. Belov wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Wolf working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Wolf looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Belov can't hide his disappointment, as Wolf celebrates the victory.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Howlin Wolf! Howlin Wolf retains his super heavyweight title! Our winner, Howlin Wolf, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
