The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Church has taken the fight to the clinch.
Church looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
A frustrated look appears on Ball's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Church breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Church rushes Ball and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Church tries to break free but Ball pushes him back against the cage.
Church's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Ball wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Ball cracks Church with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
It looks like Carlos Church has been cut.
Ball tries to bum rush Church with a series of wild strikes but Church uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Ball throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Ball connects with a stiff jab that staggers Church - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!
