Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gikuza Momeikito (ranked 5554 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alistair Verhoeven (ranked 23918 p4p, 0 weight class). Momeikito comes to the cage accompanied by Remember The Name. Alistair Verhoeven is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Gikuza Momeikito! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Alistair Verhoeven! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Albert Achterberg and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Verhoeven punishes Momeikito's body with a nice straight punch. Verhoeven lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Momeikito scores with a takedown into Verhoeven's guard. Momeikito trying to control the position from guard on top but Verhoeven is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Momeikito is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Momeikito with a flurry of punches that miss. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Verhoeven is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Verhoeven is still trying to improve position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Momeikito decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Verhoeven avoids the head kick by Momeikito.
Momeikito backing away here, and Verhoeven unleashes a leg kick that just misses. Momeikito tries to score a power double leg takedown but Verhoeven sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Momeikito somewhat. Momeikito gets tackled into the cage by Verhoeven. Verhoeven maintains the clinch. Verhoeven should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Momeikito is trying to drag Verhoeven to the mat but Verhoeven just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Verhoeven connects with a knee to the head.
A right hook to the body lands for Verhoeven.
Momeikito manages to break the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Verhoeven keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
The fight stays on the outside here - Momeikito looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Verhoeven throws out a powerful jab. Verhoeven gets in close and instigates a clinch. A right hand to the body from Verhoeven.
Verhoeven digs a right hand underneath Momeikito's ribcage. Momeikito let out a lung full of air as it connected. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Momeikito manages to break the clinch.
Momeikito is breathing heavily. Momeikito fails with a takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Gikuza Momeikito. That's going to take a lot out of him. Momeikito shoots in and bounces Verhoeven off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Verhoeven wriggles free and stands up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Verhoeven thumps Momeikito with a low kick. Momeikito takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Momeikito on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Verhoeven. Verhoeven obviously looking to wear him down.
Momeikito misses with a takedown attempt and Verhoeven counters with a series of strikes. Momeikito will be more careful next time no doubt. Crunch! Verhoeven slams his shin into Momeikito's torso. Verhoeven throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Momeikito takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. This has been an exciting period of action! Verhoeven lands a high kick!
Momeikito is rocked! Verhoeven scores with a spinning back kick! Verhoeven lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Verhoeven lands with an uppercut that bounces Momeikito off the cage and back into range. Oh Momeikito is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Verhoeven throws a head kick that misses. Verhoeven scores with a body shot.
A good leg kick by Verhoeven. Momeikito seems to have got his legs back now. Verhoeven buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Alistair Verhoeven is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. A kick lands to the mid section there for Verhoeven. Momeikito looks to score with a jab to the body but Verhoeven is just out of range. Verhoeven scores with a jab to the jaw. Verhoeven thows a body kick. Momeikito tries to catch it but that hurt him. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Alistair Verhoeven dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Verhoeven throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Verhoeven connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Momeikito tumbling to the canvas! Verhoeven pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Momeikito was done - good stoppage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:11 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Alistair Verhoeven! Gikuza Momeikito spoke after the fight, saying 'A talented hawk hides its claws'.
