Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between julio cesar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zina Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Funk Do Ronaldo kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! This should be a great matchup!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
cesar shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

It looks like Zina Silva has been cut.
cesar shoots in looking for a takedown. Silva tries to sprawl out of it but cesar keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Silva manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
cesar will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Silva really doesn't want to stay on the ground with cesar. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, cesar cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
cesar cracks Silva with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
cesar lands a nice shot to the head.
cesar fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Silva is looking for a sweep. cesar is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

cesar rushes Silva and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Silva jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as cesar walks away with a smile on his face. Silva gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Silva throws a series of punches but cesar moves out of range.
cesar looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Silva changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. cesar tries to avoid it but Silva manages to keep hold of a leg and drag cesar to the ground. cesar escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

cesar can't break the clinch.

cesar ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. cesar no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Silva has gone for a leg lock! cesar slips out almost immediately though and dives into Silva's guard.
