Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Corey Mcgraugh (ranked 2716 p4p, 378 weight class) and Marty Robbins (ranked 241 p4p, 37 weight class). Robbins has chosen Big Iron as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Corey Mcgraugh! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
23 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Marty Robbins! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Cecil Peabody and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Robbins lands with a nice body punch. Robbins's jab looks to have found its range, popping Mcgraugh under the eye. Mcgraugh tries to clinch up but Robbins circles away and keeps his distance. It seemed like Robbins was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Robbins throws a left and a right that both miss
and Mcgraugh counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Mcgraugh misses with a hook from the clinch. Robbins lands a glancing elbow in the clinch. Mcgraugh's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Robbins lands a nice elbow from the clinch. Robbins creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Mcgraugh's defenses. Robbins gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
It looks like Corey Mcgraugh has been cut. Mcgraugh definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. This has been an exciting period of action! Robbins lands an elbow inside that Mcgraugh shrugs off. Robbins blocks a body shot from Mcgraugh. A quick uppercut on the inside from Robbins.
Mcgraugh is rocked! Robbins lands a hook to the side of the head. Oh Mcgraugh is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Robbins lands a vicious elbow to the side of Mcgraugh's head that scrambles his senses and sends him wobbling down to the canvas! Robbins tries to finish him with strikes but Mcgraugh still seems able to defend himself so Robbins steps back and lets Mcgraugh get back to his feet - he wants no part of the ground game. Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Robbins engages and cracks Mcgraugh with a massive lead left hook - Mcgraugh tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Robbins is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Marty Robbins! Marty Robbins is the new light heavyweight champion! A relieved looking Marty Robbins thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
