Curry comes to the cage accompanied by Epic Celtic Music. Diarmuid Curry had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gomu fails to land with a series of punches.

Gomu paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Curry gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Gomu.
Gomu misses with a body shot.
Curry throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Gomu fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Curry has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Fist of Fury Training Center in the buildup to the fight.
Gomu lands a jab.
Gomu moves into range and clinches up with Curry.
A left hand lands to the body for Curry.
Gomu fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Gomu has a couple of punches blocked by Curry.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Gomu tries to work over Curry's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Gomu misses with a short punch on the inside.

Gomu blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Gomu swings wildly with an uppercut but Curry uses good head movement to avoid it.
Curry lands a body shot.
Gomu looks winded!
Curry pushes Gomu back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
It looks like Gomu Gomu has been cut.
Curry lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
