Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jacob Rees Mogg!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Francis DeMontford and Ben Hemmingworth.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McStafferson ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Rees Mogg moves away.
McStafferson takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

McStafferson looking to score a takedown here. Rees Mogg is defending well but McStafferson drives through and ends up in Rees Mogg's guard.
Rees Mogg wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and McStafferson is now in half guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Rees Mogg can do anything to dispel that myth.

McStafferson is working for an americana but Rees Mogg has been sneaky and has managed to get back to half guard, whilst McStafferson was thinking about the submission.
McStafferson advances position into side control!

Rees Mogg is squirming around, avoiding McStafferson's attempts to control the action.
McStafferson has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

McStafferson has control of Rees Mogg's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Rees Mogg regains control of the situation pretty easily.

McStafferson wants to finish this one by submission but Rees Mogg is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from McStafferson.

McStafferson is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Rees Mogg has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Rees Mogg!

McStafferson is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

McStafferson had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Rees Mogg defends it easily.

McStafferson is staying active underneath Rees Mogg, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

McStafferson is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Rees Mogg pulls his head out easily.
Rees Mogg tries to pass to full mount but McStafferson defends it.
McStafferson tries to roll over but Rees Mogg keeps him under control.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Rees Mogg is keen to just control but McStafferson is a slippery customer.
McStafferson makes his way to full guard. A much better position for McStafferson.

Rees Mogg got a little sloppy there for a moment and McStafferson has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Rees Mogg has managed to get both his arms back between McStafferson's legs - danger averted.
Rees Mogg wants to control from the top but McStafferson keeps moving.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


McStafferson has a takedown stuffed.
Rees Mogg now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Rees Mogg throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent McStafferson stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
McStafferson shoots for a double leg takedown but Rees Mogg sprawls well. He's pushed McStafferson's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
McStafferson is trying hard to land a takedown here. Rees Mogg sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Rees Mogg appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kaz McStafferson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
McStafferson takes a body punch but keeps moving.
McStafferson misses with a body kick.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Rees Mogg, as that shot connected.
Rees Mogg lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but McStafferson circles away quickly and effectively.
McStafferson walks into a jab.
McStafferson slips a jab and a cross from Rees Mogg.
Kaz McStafferson is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Rees Mogg scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Rees Mogg is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Rees Mogg throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Rees Mogg fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.


McStafferson is rocked!

Rees Mogg connects with a nice cross there... McStafferson is looking wobbly and Rees Mogg recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send McStafferson to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Rees Mogg jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:07 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Jacob Rees Mogg!
