And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Adam Bushey!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Steve Montenegro and Eddie Farnsworth.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bushey lands a slapping body shot.
Hisagi on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

It looks like Kira Hisagi has been cut.

Hisagi fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Bushey, pushing him back against the cage.
Hisagi dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.
Hisagi prevents Bushey from breaking the clinch.
Hisagi goes for a takedown attempt but Bushey pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Bushey bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Hisagi! He dives into his guard looking to finish!

Hisagi is rocked!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
This has been an exciting period of action!
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Hisagi holds on and takes a little breather.
Bushey throws a big right hand that misses.
Bushey throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Hisagi preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Hisagi on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Hisagi tries to get out of the position.

Bushey gets to his feet - Hisagi follows without any prompting.
Hisagi is breathing heavily.
Hisagi doesn't manage to clinch there - Bushey circles away.
Hisagi tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Bushey manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Hisagi with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Bushey to score with a decent uppercut.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hisagi gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Bushey gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
