Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Thiago DeSilva!
The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Edson Gomes and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mayrbekov drives through and clinches with DeSilva against the cage.
DeSilva has a couple of punches blocked by Mayrbekov.
Mayrbekov tries to pull guard but DeSilva forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Mayrbekov gets control of DeSilva's arms and successfully pulls guard. Mayrbekov will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Mayrbekov has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. DeSilva doesn't defend quickly enough and Mayrbekov has managed to lock this one up! Can DeSilva escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Mayrbekov on a fantastic submission victory.

A very excited looking Timur Mayrbekov rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
