The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
King looks to score with a jab to the body but Gustafsson is just out of range.
Gustafsson changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
King throws a right and a left that both miss.
Gustafsson attempts a counter takedown but King avoids it well and moves away.
Israel King seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
King fails in his attempt to clinch.
Gustafsson feinted with a counter takedown.
King dives in and grabs Gustafsson's left leg, looking for a takedown. Gustafsson pushes down on King's head and hops out.
King falls off balance throwing a combination
so Gustafsson counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Gustafsson throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as King works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Gustafsson thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Gustafsson will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Gustafsson throws a big right hand that misses.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gustafsson is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! King is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! King has escaped and now he's on top!
Gustafsson looking for a triangle here. King is fighting it but it looks tight! Gustafsson pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, King is tapping out - this one is all over!
