The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good exchange - Fjeld coming out on top.
Jester decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Fjeld pushes Jester off and gets back to his feet.

Magnus Fjeld seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fjeld drops his shoulder and cracks Jester with a huge uppercut! Jester goes down! Can Fjeld finish him?
It looks like Jake Jester has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Fjeld working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Jester's head.
Jester is trying to keep Fjeld in close.
Fjeld drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Fjeld jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Fjeld is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Jester not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Fjeld wants to control from the top but Jester keeps moving.

Jester controls Fjeld momentarily but Fjeld frees himself.
Fjeld will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Fjeld sitting in guard, not really doing much.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Jester fails with an attempt to clinch.
Fjeld drops Jester with a left and a right! Oh, Jester is hurt - Fjeld dives into side control looking to finish!
Jester is rocked!
Jester tries to bench press Fjeld off him but Fjeld keeps the position.
Jester is still in real trouble! Can Fjeld finish him?
Jester seems to have recovered his senses.
Jester is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Fjeld is one step ahead and moves to full mount!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jester looks winded!

Fjeld controlling the position easily from mount.

Fjeld is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Jester to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Jester shrugs it off.
Fjeld looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Fjeld prevents Jester from getting the reversal.
Fjeld tries to control but Jester wriggling away.
Jester can't escape the position.

Jester really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Fjeld. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fjeld tries to control but Jester wriggling away.
Fjeld manages to capitalize on a mistake by Jester to take his back!
Fjeld controlling the position well here. Jester rolled but Fjeld kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.
Can Jester hold on?! Fjeld is landing more strikes to his hapless foe.

Fjeld has Jester flattened out and is raining down punches.
Jester manages to reverse the position and now he's in Fjeld's guard. Nice work there by Jester.
Jester wants to control from the top but Fjeld keeps moving.
Jester stays in close to Fjeld's body and controls the position.
Fjeld wriggles free and stands up.
Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Fjeld throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Jester is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!
