Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roderick Bolton (ranked 5503 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lee Turd (ranked 24935 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bolton dodges the punch combination from Turd.

Turd clinches.
Bolton wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Turd blocking some punches.
Turd lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Bolton.

Turd jumps guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bolton wants to stand but Turd is controlling his posture from full guard.
Bolton could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Bolton decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Turd, up you get!

Bolton shoots and misses

and Turd counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Turd.
Turd stalls.
Bolton is looking to control Turd's arms but Turd gets an underhook and turns him. Now Bolton has his back to the cage.

Bolton is fighting off a takedown attempt but Turd is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Bolton to the mat. Bolton regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Bolton is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Turd presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.
Turd throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.

Turd pulls Bolton into guard.

Turd is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Turd lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Turd advances to half guard.
Bolton is breathing heavily.
Turd throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Bolton is trying to stand back up but Turd is controlling him
Turd is taking a breather. Bolton says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Bolton wants to control the action here but instead Turd manages to pass to full mount!
You get the feeling that Bolton really doesn't like being in this position too much.

Turd looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Turd thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!

Turd looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
Poor strikes thrown by Turd there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
The referee warns Bolton that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

It looks like Roderick Bolton has been cut.
Turd fails to move to back control.

Turd controlling from the full mount.

Turd has control of Bolton's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Bolton regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Turd is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Bolton can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Turd takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Turd lands a left and a right that send Bolton crashing to the mat, dazed. Turd thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Bolton is rocked!
Turd lands a big right hook! Bolton looks hurt but is still standing! Turd lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Bolton falls down and Turd dives in with a huge hammer fist! Bolton's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Turd runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!
