Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Peter Woodcock (ranked 3876 p4p, 479 weight class) and Daniel King (ranked 7538 p4p, 626 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Peter Woodcock! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Daniel King! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Robert Twigg and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! King shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. King showed some decent athleticism there. Woodcock looking for submissions off his back. King with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. The fighters are battling for position here. Woodcock manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Woodcock had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. King defends it easily. Woodcock is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Woodcock will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Woodcock working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. King doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. King manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Woodcock had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. King defends it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Woodcock is looking for a triangle but King pushes his legs off easily.
Woodcock working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. King doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. King manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Woodcock had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. King defends it easily. King controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Woodcock has his foot on King's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. King works his way back into a safe position though. King is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. King's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Woodcock is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and King defends well. King showing good wrestling skills to control the position. King stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Woodcock swivels though and keeps the full guard. Woodcock had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. King defends it easily. King stays in close to Woodcock's body and controls the position.

He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! King reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! King taps out! Nice BJJ there by Woodcock!
