Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Three Dog (ranked 281 p4p, 41 weight class) and Ravi Shankoli (ranked 1033 p4p, 165 weight class). Dog comes to the cage accompanied by Fallout. Shankoli comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Ravi Shankar - Om Shiva kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
17 - 12 - 0, fighting out of New York, Three Dog! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
48 - 18 - 0, fighting out of London, Ravi Shankoli! The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Steve Smith and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice uppercut lands for Dog. That snapped Shankoli's head back.

Dog misses with a hook from the clinch. Dog lands a body punch. Dog tries to work over Shankoli's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Dog lands with a short head shot on the inside. Shankoli blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Dog. Shankoli makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Shankoli scores with a shot to the side of Dog's head. Dog blocks a punch to the side of the head.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Dog is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Shankoli to keep the fight standing. A body shot lands from Dog.

Shankoli not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Shankoli trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Dog is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Shankoli defends well. Dog will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Shankoli crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Dog - the referee stops the clock and Shankoli gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Dog. Three Dog dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Dog throws a leg kick that misses. Shankoli is looking for the big counter here. Dog has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ. Some wild striking there from Dog.
Dog with a nice cross. Three Dog seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dog has Shankoli up against the cage in a clinch.
Shankoli prevents a body shot from Dog. A short left from Shankoli. Dog tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Shankoli just stands there and leans against the cage.

Dog has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Shankoli uses from the top position. Shankoli passes easily into side control. Nice work. Shankoli is staying tight to Dog's torso, preventing him from escaping. Dog is not content to let Shankoli control the position. A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dog is trying to control Shankoli's posture but Shankoli avoids it. Shankoli in side control, just content to control the action for now.

letting Shankoli counter with a right hand. Shankoli slips under a jab. Dog throws a body kick that misses and Shankoli counters with a straight right hand. Dog looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Dog lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Dog's jab looks to have found its range, popping Shankoli under the eye.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Shankoli drops his hands momentarily and Dog needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Shankoli just on the top of the head. Shankoli drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Shankoli - he's done!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:07 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Three Dog! A victorious Three Dog thanked his army of followers in his post fight interview, telling people to make sure they follow him on Twitter. Ravi Shankoli was interviewed post fight and said 'I believe he forgotten shower for a week or something, I gagged on my own vomit and never could get it back together again. Take a shower you filthy bastard!'.
