Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Steve Roach (ranked 1197 p4p, 197 weight class) and Pablo Juan (ranked 1497 p4p, 237 weight class). Steve Roach has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Steve Roach!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Pablo Juan!
The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Topper Green and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roach moves out of range as Juan strikes.
Roach dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Juan. That did some damage!
Roach misses with a body punch
and Roach takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Roach has been working on his boxing with his coaches at The Jungle -Apply Within in the buildup to the fight.
Juan slips a straight right by Roach.
Juan throws a poor cross that misses
and Roach counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

and Juan counters with a crisp one two that drops Roach! Juan thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Roach to his feet! Roach is in big trouble!
Roach is rocked!
Juan blocks a jab.
Oh Roach is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Roach gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Juan points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Roach wakes up just in time to hear Juan thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Pablo Juan!
Pablo Juan was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
