Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Leonard Mcgee (ranked 5370 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ellis Horton (ranked 5278 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Leonard Mcgee! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ellis Horton! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Hirohito Nitta and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Horton pushes Mcgee up against the cage in a clinch. Horton misses with a hook to the ribs.

Horton lands an elbow inside that Mcgee shrugs off.
It looks like Leonard Mcgee has been cut. Horton's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Horton wants a takedown.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Horton is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Horton misses with a hook to the ribs.
Horton tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Mcgee avoids it. Mcgee takes an elbow to the forehead. Mcgee presses Horton against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
That's one minute gone in the round. Horton misses with a knee to the head. Horton is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Mcgee to keep the fight standing. Horton has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Mcgee is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Leonard Mcgee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ellis Horton. Horton tries for a takedown but Mcgee manages to get underhooks.

Mcgee throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Horton blocks it with crossed arms. Horton tries for a takedown. No joy.

Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Mcgee will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Mcgee uses the cage to get back to his feet.

Horton drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Horton tries to work over Mcgee's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Horton wants a takedown.
Mcgee is trying to maintain a safe position but Horton gets an underhook and turns Mcgee into the cage. Horton misses with a shot to the kidneys.

Mcgee prevents a body shot from Horton. Horton trying to control the position but instead, Mcgee has worked for underhooks and has pushed Horton into the cage.

Mcgee pulls guard. Mcgee lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
Horton looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Mcgee passes into half guard.
Mcgee is figuring out what he wants to do next. Horton wants to get back to full guard but Mcgee has mounted him!

Mcgee really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Horton tries for a takedown. No joy.

Horton jumps guard but Mcgee stands there with Horton around his waist. Horton gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Horton tries to score a body lock takedown but Mcgee shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Mcgee has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Horton avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Mcgee prevents the takedown attempt.
Mcgee tries to circle away but Horton has him pinned against the cage. Horton is trying to push Mcgee away but Mcgee has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Horton goes for a takedown attempt but Mcgee pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Mcgee is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Horton's shoulder. That is not cool. Leonard Mcgee overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Horton tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Horton gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head. Horton is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Mcgee is defending well for now. Mcgee is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Horton pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Horton takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Horton is looking to break free of the clinch but Mcgee has double underhooks. Horton is leaning against Mcgee and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Mcgee is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Mcgee stops a takedown attempt from Horton.

Mcgee maintains the clinch. Mcgee goes for a takedown attempt but Horton pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Horton is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Mcgee with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Ellis Horton has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Leonard Mcgee is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Horton tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Mcgee avoids it.
