The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Vasquez closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Strowman bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet!

Strowman shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Vasquez manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Vasquez could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Vasquez holds on and takes a little breather.
