Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Arron Asham (ranked 3735 p4p, 443 weight class) and Fernando Oreiro (ranked 3729 p4p, 441 weight class). Fernando Oreiro is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Arron Asham!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Fernando Oreiro!
The judges for this bout are Topper Green, Darius Henderson and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Asham moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Asham lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
It looks like Fernando Oreiro has been cut.
Asham swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Oreiro wants to counter with a clinch but Asham pushes him away.
Asham ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Oreiro moves away.
Asham lands the left hand.
Asham bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Oreiro missing with a left hand there. Asham was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Asham displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Oreiro throws out the jab.
Asham cracks Oreiro with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Asham has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Oreiro to stand back up!
Oreiro is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Oreiro throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Oreiro is still on wobbly legs! Can Asham finish him?
Asham keeps the fight on the outside.
Asham has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Guerrilla MMA in the buildup to the fight.
Asham lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Oreiro head around and knocks him out cold! Asham hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Arron Asham!
During a confident post fight interview, Arron Asham thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
