Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Issac Haynes (ranked 5483 p4p, 0 weight class) and Umar Ali (ranked 5299 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Issac Haynes! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Umar Ali! The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Wagner Zegers and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Haynes throws a sloppy head kick and Ali moves out of range easily. Haynes tries to sprawl but Ali drives through with a takedown into half guard. Ali is trying to control. Haynes wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Ali is thwarting Haynes's attempts to control the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Haynes punching from the bottom.
Ali thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Haynes's head. Ali is trying to control. Haynes wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Haynes wants to get back to full guard but Ali has passed into side control. Ali is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Haynes is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
That's one minute gone in the round. Haynes tries to improve position but can't. Haynes tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops. Ali is hanging on to Haynes's back as he tries to escape.
Ali scores with some strikes to the side of the head there. Good, points scoring shots.
Ali is punishing Haynes with strikes - can he finish him?! Ali trying to control momentarily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Haynes trying to control but he's just got himself in more trouble. Will Ali go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?
Ali lands with a nice looking elbow that stuns Haynes.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Ali lands a couple of good shots to his opponent's body and a final shot to the head. Good little attack there by Ali.
Ali is controlling the position but Haynes somehow manages to roll and ends up with half guard.
Ali misses with a head shot. Haynes uses the momentum to regain guard. Ali missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Ali decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Haynes, up you get!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ali pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Haynes swats away the attempt to clinch by Ali. Haynes waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Ali. Haynes gets caught napping as Ali dives in and scores a takedown. Haynes manages to retain guard. Haynes wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Ali manages to pass to side control. Ali is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Haynes still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Haynes has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Umar Ali dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Ali throws a right hand that Haynes ducks under and follows up with a left that Haynes also avoids with ease. Ali rushes Haynes and presses him up against the cage. Ali has clasped his hands together around Haynes's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. Haynes wants to get back to his feet but Ali drags him back down. Haynes is trying to control Ali's posture but Ali avoids it. Umar Ali has got the better of the ground game so far. Ali trying to control the action but Haynes is working from the bottom. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ali working the ground and pound. Haynes looks to move to half guard but instead Ali has passed into mount! Damn!

That's two minutes gone in the round. Ali landing strikes from the mount and Haynes is in trouble! Ali raining down shots from the mount! Haynes is trying desperately to improve position. Ali is in the full mount, landing strikes. Haynes is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Ali looking to control but Haynes is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Haynes is in all sorts of trouble here.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Haynes is trying to stand up. Ali goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Haynes is on top in guard.
Ali is breathing heavily. Haynes wants to control from the top but Ali keeps moving. Ali has a closed guard, preventing Haynes from standing up. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Ali trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. Haynes stands up and waves to Ali to follow him. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Umar Ali showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Ali is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Ali tries to clinch up but Haynes circles away and keeps his distance. Issac Haynes is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Ali throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Haynes was covering up waiting for the punch and Ali finishes the takedown easily into guard. Haynes will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Haynes is looking to stand up but Ali isn't so interested in that idea. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Haynes keeping moving, preventing Ali from controlling successfully.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Ali stands up and we're back to a striking position. Ali clinches up against the cage. Ali pressing his opponent against the cage. Ali has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Haynes wants to break free but Ali has control.
Ali jumps guard and drags Haynes to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Haynes controlling from the top position. Ali has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Haynes with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Haynes is stalling in the full guard. Haynes stands up from Ali's guard - Haynes perhaps looking for a knockout. A momentary lapse in concentration from Haynes enables Ali to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Haynes manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Ali looking to sit in guard and control but Haynes gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Haynes looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Haynes with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Ali keeping moving, preventing Haynes from controlling successfully. Haynes trying to stand up but can't free himself from Ali's guard. Haynes content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Ali has a closed guard, preventing Haynes from standing up. Issac Haynes has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Umar Ali is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Haynes working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Umar Ali. I've got Ali winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
