Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Duncan Robinson (ranked 24811 p4p, 677 weight class) and Yoel Tatang (ranked 5693 p4p, 0 weight class). Robinson's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, When Nightmare Comes. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Taro Takaoka and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick by Robinson misses
and Tatang counters with a takedown into side control.
Robinson throws Tatang to one side and escapes!
Robinson looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!

Tatang tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.

Tatang changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Tatang bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
And Tatang tries to counter it with a takedown but Robinson pushes his down on his head and steps out.
The fight stays on the outside here - Robinson looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Tatang enables Robinson to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Tatang manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Robinson has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.

Tatang seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Robinson does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Tatang is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Robinson doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Tatang.
Tatang in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Robinson tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Tatang!
