The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kirov throws a nice looking combination but Gonawyn bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Kirov doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Gonawyn moves into the clinch.
Gonawyn wants the takedown. Kirov is fighting it off but Gonawyn persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Kirov's guard against the cage.
