Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nate Diaz (ranked 3946 p4p, 380 weight class) and Markus Androula (ranked 6242 p4p, 512 weight class). Markus Androula is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Markus Androula!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Donald Grub and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Androula lands a head kick!
A solid body kick from Androula.
Diaz shoots in for a double leg but Androula sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Diaz takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Nate Diaz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Androula gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Diaz to score an easy takedown into full guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Diaz is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Androula defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

That was a close second round but I would say that Nate Diaz will probably get the nod.

Oh Diaz is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Androula lands a brutal head kick. Diaz looks out on his feet and Androula throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
