Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Nani Kora! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Killov Rishkinov! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Chris Edwards and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rishkinov loads up on a big right hand but Kora slips the punch. Kora shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Kora winds up and cracks Rishkinov with a swinging punch to the side of the head. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kora lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Kora works his foot free and advances to mount. Kora tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kora pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Kora landing strikes from the mount and Rishkinov is in trouble! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kora with the ground and pound from mount.
That's one minute gone in the round. The referee warns Rishkinov that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Kora connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Kora lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Nani Kora! A relieved looking Nani Kora thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
