The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Toole digs a good hook to OConnor's body.
OConnor is breathing heavily.
OConnor throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Toole counters with a crisp right hand that drops OConnor! Toole lets OConnor back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
It looks like Chad OConnor has been cut.
Toole lands a straight punch to the body, keeping OConnor at a distance.
Toole finds OConnor's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! OConnor flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Toole lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure OConnor will be OK.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:14 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Ottis Toole!
A relieved looking Ottis Toole thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
