Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mauricio Banuelos!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Gregory Folan and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Banuelos ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Scacchi moves away.
Scacchi looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
The fight stays on the outside here - Banuelos looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Banuelos shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Scacchi's guard.
Banuelos controls from within his opponent's guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
It looks like Banuelos might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Scacchi knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Banuelos on the ground.

Banuelos passes Scacchi's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Banuelos in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Scacchi tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Banuelos!
