Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gloom drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Gloom closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Montana's guard.
Gloom is looking to pass into half guard but Montana pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Montana is in guard.

Gloom lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Gloom drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Montana dives on top into guard.

Gloom is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.

Gloom tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Montana wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

Gloom drops his hands momentarily and Montana takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Montana throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Gloom takes a shot right to the bread basket.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Gloom takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Montana throws a looping overhand right but Gloom ducks down to avoid it.
Montana throws a shot from downtown. Gloom moves away and avoids it.
Gloom feinted with a counter takedown.
Gloom blocks a jab.
Montana throws a body punch but Gloom moves out of range.
Montana connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Gloom's hands.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Leon Montana dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Montana drops Gloom with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Gloom looks back up at him and smiles so Montana waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Gloom is rocked!
Gloom throws a jab but it's blocked by Montana.
Montana pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Gloom jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Montana is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Gloom.

Montana cracks Gloom with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Montana has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Gloom to stand back up!
Oh Gloom is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

It looks like Guido Gloom has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Good leg kick by Montana there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Gloom stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Montana.
Montana closes the distance and lands a brutal uppercut that knocks Gloom out! We're looking at the replay now - he was out before he hit the floor!

Leon Montana bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
