Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sunray Spike (ranked 327 p4p, 14 weight class) and Hennan Hoyce (ranked 384 p4p, 11 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Spike might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to For Heavy Metal we will die!. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
31 - 19 - 0, fighting out of London, Hennan Hoyce!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Andrew Berry and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spike lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Hoyce takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Spike has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Heavy Metal in the buildup to the fight.
Hoyce throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Spike counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Hoyce misses with an uppercut
and Spike counters with a right hand to the body.
Hoyce takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Hoyce's coach down at Jed's Gym was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Hoyce's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Spike misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Hoyce counters with a lovely straight right hand!
A big left from Hoyce misses.
A slapping leg kick lands for Spike.
Hoyce throws a nice looking combination but Spike bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Hoyce takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Spike misses the shot to the body.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Spike connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
It looks like Hennan Hoyce has been cut.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Spike with a nice cross.
Spike pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
As Spike backs off Hoyce throws a huge counter combo but Spike manages to avoid it all.
Spike checks a leg kick.
Hoyce connects with a crisp jab.
A bone on bone clash there as Hoyce blocks the leg kick.
Hoyce misses with a double jab.
Spike throws a nice inside leg kick.
Spike lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Spike moves out of range as Hoyce strikes.
Hoyce misses with a hook
and Spike counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Hoyce throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Spike misses with a body shot.
Spike moves out of the way of the counter high kick fromHoyce.
Hoyce throws a series of punches but Spike avoids them all with ease.
Spike throws a leg kick but Hoyce sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Hoyce throws a fast counter high kick but Spike manages to duck under it in time.
Spike slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Hoyce throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Spike swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Spike with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Spike lands a big uppercut and Hoyce crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Hoyce looks OK. Spike waves Hoyce back to his feet!
Hoyce is rocked!
Hoyce catches Spike with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Spike checks a leg kick nicely.
Hoyce tries a head kick but it misses.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Donk. Spike catches Hoyce right on the button with a cross.
Hoyce is still on wobbly legs! Can Spike finish him?
Hoyce misses with a hook
and Spike counters with a big right hand! Oh Hoyce is in trouble here! Spike follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sunray Spike!
Sunray Spike decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
