Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Yodsawan Sitsongrit (ranked 127 p4p, 4 weight class) and Daichi Kishimoto (ranked 282 p4p, 8 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the bantamweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Yodsawan Sitsongrit!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Daichi Kishimoto!
The judges for this bout are Darius Henderson, Francis DeMontford and Steve Erwin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kishimoto fails to land the takedown.
Daichi Kishimoto seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kishimoto shoots and misses
letting Sitsongrit counter with a right hand.
Kishimoto tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Sitsongrit defends well and Kishimoto ends up having to push Sitsongrit into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Yodsawan Sitsongrit has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Daichi Kishimoto.
Sitsongrit connects with a looping right hand.
Kishimoto changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Sitsongrit tries to avoid it but Kishimoto manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Sitsongrit to the ground. Sitsongrit escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Kishimoto shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Sitsongrit as he jumps to the side.
Sitsongrit throwing a counter right hand but Kishimoto manages to avoid it.
Horrible takedown attempt by Kishimoto or perhaps it was just good defense by Sitsongrit, which made it look bad.
Kishimoto on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kishimoto misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Kishimoto tries for a takedown but Sitsongrit circles away easily
and Sitsongrit counters with a leg kick.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Sitsongrit displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Kishimoto.
Yodsawan Sitsongrit is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Kishimoto misses with a takedown
and Sitsongrit counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Sitsongrit has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Sitsongrit Gym in the buildup to the fight.
Kishimoto looks winded!
Sitsongrit fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Sitsongrit punishes Kishimoto's body with a nice straight punch.
Sitsongrit connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Kishimoto's hands.
Sitsongrit defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Kishimoto.
Kishimoto shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Sitsongrit pinned against the cage. Sitsongrit gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Sitsongrit lands a jab to Kishimoto's midsection.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Kishimoto misses with a takedown attempt
and Sitsongrit counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Sitsongrit bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Kishimoto on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Kishimoto takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Kishimoto misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Kishimoto walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.


Kishimoto is rocked!
Kishimoto shoots in looking for a takedown. Sitsongrit tries to sprawl out of it but Kishimoto keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Sitsongrit manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Kishimoto fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Sitsongrit is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Sitsongrit comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Kishimoto shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Sitsongrit but Sitsongrit pushes him off and we're back to square one.
As Kishimoto backs away, Sitsongrit returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Kishimoto has his takedown stuffed
and Sitsongrit cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Sitsongrit lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Kishimoto tries for a takedown but Sitsongrit sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
It looked like Sitsongrit was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Kishimoto.
Kishimoto takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Kishimoto is still on wobbly legs! Can Sitsongrit finish him?
Kishimoto shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Sitsongrit counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Sitsongrit lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Kishimoto seems to have recovered his senses.
Sitsongrit lands with a good body shot.
A nice leg kick lands there from Sitsongrit.
Kishimoto fails with the takedown
and Sitsongrit counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Sitsongrit cracks Kishimoto on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Kishimoto falls backwards against the cage. Sitsongrit follows up with more strikes that drop Kishimoto to his knees. Sitsongrit keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Kishimoto! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Yodsawan Sitsongrit!

Yodsawan Sitsongrit decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
Daichi Kishimoto spoke after the fight, saying 'Forgot to cancell my auto flight, now I faught on low energy'.
