Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Danial Beasley!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Adem Ozan Alvac!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Daniel Blasius and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alvac shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Beasley eats them both and turns towards Alvac to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
It looks like Danial Beasley has been cut.
Alvac tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Beasley paws at him with a jab and circles away.
It looked like Beasley wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Beasley keeps the fight on the outside.
Beasley appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Alvac has his takedown stuffed
and Beasley counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Alvac jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Beasley walks away with a smile on his face. Alvac gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Alvac throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Beasley counters with a low kick, right behind Alvac 's knee.
Alvac has a takedown stuffed.
Danial Beasley has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Adem Ozan Alvac.
Alvac will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Alvac throws a left and a right that both miss
and Beasley counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Alvac takes a shot right to the bread basket.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Alvac jumps into guard, dragging Beasley to the mat.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Alvac holds on and takes a little breather.
Beasley throwing strikes from guard but Alvac blocks nicely.
Beasley wants to control from the top but Alvac keeps moving.
Beasley connects with a couple of short punches.
Beasley is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Beasley gets to his feet - Alvac follows without any prompting.
Alvac misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

and Alvac takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Beasley fails with an attempt to clinch.

No joy there for Alvac, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Alvac throws a jab but it's blocked by Beasley.
Adem Ozan Alvac seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Alvac tries for a takedown but Beasley sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
A counter left hand to the body from Beasley misses its target.
Beasley swats away the attempt to clinch by Alvac.
A lazy left from Alvac finds it's target.
Alvac throws a combination that misses
and Beasley counters by moving into the clinch.
Beasley has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Alvac uses from the top position.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Alvac passes Beasley's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Alvac avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Alvac must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Beasley is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Alvac wants to control from the top but Beasley keeps moving.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Alvac not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Alvac in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Beasley punching from the bottom.
Beasley working for submissions but it's allowed Alvac to get to half guard.
Beasley wants to get back to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Beasley has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Alvac looks to land a strike but Beasley avoids it nicely and regains full guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Danial Beasley will probably get the nod.

That's time! Beasley's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Alvac will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Beasley went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Alvac fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Alvac throws a combination. Beasley tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Beasley is rocked!
Alvac shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Beasley takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Alvac sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Beasley bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!

Adem Ozan Alvac was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
